1. Who we are

This website is operated by TMPV EOOD, UIC 200245254 (VAT No. BG200245254), registered at 29 Ivan Vazov Street, Pleven, Bulgaria, trading as eConsult.me (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

2. What data we collect and why

Direct enquiries

This website has no contact form. You reach us by email, phone, WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram, and we process only the data you choose to send us in that message — typically your name, contact details and a description of your enquiry. We use it solely to respond and, where relevant, to prepare an offer.

  • Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Retention: up to 12 months after our last communication, unless a contractual or statutory obligation requires longer.
  • Messaging apps: if you contact us via WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram, your message is also processed by the respective provider under its own privacy policy. We have no control over that processing. If you prefer to avoid it, use email or phone.

Analytics

If — and only if — you press “Accept” in the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregated traffic (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type). IP anonymisation is enabled. If you decline, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

  • Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Processor: Google Ireland Limited.
  • Retention: as configured in Google Analytics, maximum 14 months.

Server logs

Our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services / CloudFront) records technical request data such as IP address, timestamp and user agent for security and availability purposes, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Sharing your data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our instructions: our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services), our email provider and, subject to consent, Google Analytics. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, it is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. To exercise any right, email support@econsult.me.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries are transmitted encrypted and access to them is restricted to staff who need it to respond to you.

We may update this policy. The current version is always available at this address, with the date of the last change shown above.
